1. COMPANY INFORMATION

LiveSellerHQ is a software product owned and operated by Gemini Inked LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Alabama.

LiveSellerHQ provides software tools designed to help online sellers manage inventory, track sales performance, and analyze business activity.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the LiveSellerHQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LiveSellerHQ is a subscription-based software platform that provides tools for:

• Inventory tracking
• Sales analytics
• Live show tracking
• Profit and cost monitoring
• Marketplace performance insights

The platform is provided for informational and operational purposes only. LiveSellerHQ does not guarantee business profits, financial performance, or sales outcomes.

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
• Users agree to provide accurate information when registering and purchasing a subscription.
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred without written consent.

5. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

LiveSellerHQ is offered as a subscription service.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

6. INTRODUCTORY OFFER & BILLING

LiveSellerHQ does not offer a free trial. New members may join through the Founding Seller introductory offer: $99 for the first 60 days of full access. After the 60-day introductory period, the membership automatically renews at $79 per month for as long as the member remains active under the Founding Seller offer. Standard monthly ($79/month) and annual ($588/year) plans are also available without an introductory offer. A valid payment method is required at signup. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

7. CANCELLATION

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Reverse engineer the software
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Resell platform access without permission

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gemini Inked LLC is not liable for lost profits, data loss, marketplace policy changes, third-party platform outages, or business losses related to use of the platform.

LiveSellerHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Gemini Inked LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Shelby County, Alabama.
